Whenever we hear people talking about healthier and more nutritious meals, we typically hear the words boring, tasteless, cardboardy, and many other words.

That is where we come in! We bring calorie and macro friendly meals that are always PACKED full of flavor. We make our own marinades, we make our own sauces, seasonings, and much more to keep calories and macros in check with ingredients WE choose.

Currently, our only service is meal plans, BUT, we have big plans for the near future.

Catering/Events
Catering & events will be one of the first add-on services.
We will have menus with healthier options, menus with indulgent options, mixed menus, custom menus, and more...
Walk-Up Window
We are very excited for this one! This will be a lot different from our meal plans.
The menu is going to be a little creative and more on the indulgent side...
Food Truck/Trailer
A food truck was the first idea for Fit-n-Fat, but obviously, we went a different route.
The food truck will be similar to the window, but will have a mix of 'fit' & 'indulgent' items...
Online Store
Meals are for pick-up only off 3rd ST. downtown.
Order before 6pm for same day pick-up.
